1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer (up to 5 business days).

2. SHIPPING TIMES We offer Standard Insured Shipping worldwide. Due to high demand for our products, please allow the following delivery times:

  • United States: 7-14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8-15 business days

  • Canada: 10-15 business days

  • Europe & Rest of World: 10-20 business days (Note: Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or due to customs processing.)

3. TRACKING INFORMATION Yes, every order comes with a tracking number.

  • You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

4. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES Alyvora™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. However, if your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
